2. Return & Exchange Policy 🔄

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Real Mall. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a detailed return & exchange policy.

  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
    • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • The product must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
    • The item should not have been damaged or altered in any way.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items that have been used or opened.
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Hygiene-related items like personal care products.
  • Return/Exchange Process:
    1. Email us at Realmall412@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
    2. Please include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any supporting images if the item is defective.
    3. After approval, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product.
    4. We’ll inspect the returned item once received, and if it meets all requirements, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is defective or damaged.
