We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Real Mall. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a detailed return & exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- The item should not have been damaged or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used or opened.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Hygiene-related items like personal care products.

Return/Exchange Process:
- Email us at Realmall412@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Please include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any supporting images if the item is defective.
- After approval, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product.
- We’ll inspect the returned item once received, and if it meets all requirements, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the item is defective or damaged.
